This class designed to teach anything and everything gymnasts want to learn on floor. The Floor, Trampolines, and Tumble Trak will be used in this class and progressions are of upmost importance so all athletes remain safe. This is a co-ed class.

I was a gymnast for 10 years before I became a coach. I have been coaching at SGA for over 3 years now. I have a degree in Health Science from CMU and I currently am studying at the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Health and fitness has always been an special interest of mine and I love to inspire children to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to teaching your child!
I was a gymnast for 12 years, 6 of those 12 was competitive gymnastics! I continued doing some skill work while in college and I have been coaching for 8 1/2 years. I love to read, travel, and eat!! My favorite sport besides gymnastics is hockey! I look forward to meeting you and your child!
Gymnastics has been apart of my life since I was 3 years old. I started in classes and worked my way up to Level 9. I have spent the last 15 years of my life coaching gymnastics off and on. I look forward to meeting you and your children in the near future.
